Tariff
Please telephone or e-mail us as soon as possible in order to confirm availability of the apartment. Provisional bookings can be held for seven days in order for the deposit (or full payment if due) and a completed, signed booking form to be returned.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rent due is payable at the time of booking. The final payment is 75% of total rent due is payable no less than eight weeks prior to the agreed arrival date. Reservations made within eight weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of booking.
